LEAD WELL CLUB Refund Policy

Coach is not able to offer refunds for the membership once payment has been processed. Member understands that:

• Changing their mind, not participating, or not experiencing desired results does not entitle them to a refund.

• If Coach must cancel the Program in its entirety, a prorated refund will be issued for any undelivered portion.

• Reasonable changes to content, schedule, or format do not qualify as non-delivery.
  
  

Early Exit for New Members:
We want you to feel confident that LEAD WELL CLUB is the right space for you. If, after your first month of membership, you feel this Program is not a fit, you may cancel the remainder of your initial 3-month commitment by providing written notice before the start of your second month.

To qualify for this early exit, you must have attended at least one live call and accessed the Program materials during your first month. This early exit option is available to new members only and does not apply to renewals or returning members.

Upon cancellation under this provision, your membership will end immediately, and no further payments will be due for the remainder of the initial term. The first month’s payment is non-refundable.
