Community Guidelines & CLUB Rules

Community Guidelines ▶︎Come as you are, lead as you grow: You don't have to have it all figured out to be here. This is a space for messy middles, honest questions, and evolving leadership. ▶︎Confidentiality is sacred: What's shared in this community stays in this community. We grow through vulnerability; let's protect it fiercely. ▶︎Give with generosity, receive with grace: Offer insights, resources, or encouragement without fixing, preaching, or assuming. And let yourself be supported in return. ▶︎Engage respectfully and intentionally: Different perspectives are welcome, disrespect is not. Challenge ideas, not people. Lead with curiosity, not judgment. ▶︎Share your wins and your mistakes: This is a space for celebrating growth and navigating hard days. Your truth is welcome here. ▶︎No spam, self-promo, or pitches: This isn't a networking event. If you have something to share that genuinely adds value, great. Just keep it human, not salesy. ▶︎Ask for what you need: There's power in asking. Whether you're looking for feedback, ideas, support, or just to be witnessed, say it out loud. CLUB Rules 1. Respect is non-negotiable: No harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior. 2. Confidentiality is mandatory: Breaking it may result in removal. 3. Protect the work: No copying, reselling, or sharing program materials outside this group. 3. Payment matters: Membership access depends on keeping payments current. Host reserves the right to remove a member if guidelines or rules are broken.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Coach is not able to offer refunds for the membership once payment has been processed. Member understands that: Changing their mind, not participating, or not experiencing desired results does not entitle them to a refund. If Coach must cancel the Program in its entirety, a prorated refund will be issued for any undelivered portion. Reasonable changes to content, schedule, or format do not qualify as non-delivery. Early Exit for New Members: We want you to feel confident that Lead Well Club is the right space for you. If, after your first month of membership, you feel this Program is not a fit, you may cancel the remainder of your initial 3-month commitment by providing written notice before the start of your second month. To qualify for this early exit, you must have attended at least one live call and accessed the Program materials during your first month. This early exit option is available to new members only and does not apply to renewals or returning members. Upon cancellation under this provision, your membership will end immediately, and no further payments will be due for the remainder of the initial term. The first month’s payment is non-refundable.

Payment Policy

LEAD WELL CLUB monthly membership fee will be charged to the credit card you provide in recurring, monthly installments. Membership may be canceled by the Member at any time after the initial 3-month term, but no refunds will be issued for unused time. To withdraw, send a written notice to shelby@shelbydiskin.com 30 days prior to the next recurring payment. Remember, your Membership is a business tax write-off.
