Hi! I’m Shelby, a leadership coach and people-first strategist. I spent 21 years inside an $800M company, where I built and led high-performing teams and generated $72M in revenue. But behind the success, I experienced burnout, breakdowns, and chaos, until I learned how to lead differently. Now I help growth-driven leaders master the real tools and people-first strategies that eliminate overwhelm, elevate team performance, and create results that actually feel good.
