LEAD WELL CLUB
Lead differently. Live Deeper
The private leadership club where connection, support, and growth come together, online and in real life.
You were never taught how to lead, just told to survive it.
You got promoted, started your own business, or stepped into a role where others now look to you.
But no one gave you the blueprint.
Now you're leading a team, managing pressure, second-guessing yourself, and trying to figure it out as you go.
You're doing your best, but you're doing it alone.
Whether you're building something of your own or growing inside someone else's business, you deserve support that helps.
We focus on the whole leader.
No corporate fluff. No HR BS. Just tools, strategies, and conversations that work in real life.
Lead Well Club is a collective of growth-minded leaders, business owners, and team builders who are navigating the real challenges of leadership with heart, courage, and curiosity.
Here, you get to take off the mask, speak the truth, and still be seen as the strong, capable leader you are. We’re here for real talk, steady growth, and doing leadership differently—together.
“I came for the tools. I stayed for the room.”

Every Month, LEAD WELL CLUB members join Bi-Weekly Leadership Calls, Monthly Development Workshops, and quarterly IRL gatherings. Members also get access to a private community space, a curated collection of tools, and opportunities for 1:1 support.

Hi! I’m Shelby,
Your people partner!
Not your Chief People Officer, because that sounds like a cross between a cop and an HR manual, and I’m neither.
I’m here to help you build a culture that’s more than policy and performance metrics. One that’s fun, human, and real.
I don’t deal in rules and red tape; I deal in real people.
And yes, I still follow the necessary rules, I just have fun doing it.
Leaders come to me when they’re ready to evolve their leadership and curate a work environment that’s human and fun.
Together, we create cultures where people thrive, not just survive.
Where leadership is grounded in clarity, connection, and real growth.
If you’re ready to lead in a way that feels more you, and build a culture that reflects that too. You’re in the right place.
Why Me
I’ve spent over two decades leading teams, developing people, and building cultures that work.
Before launching my own leadership and culture practice, I spent 20 years leading high-performing regional teams, training emerging leaders, and shaping a culture that kept great people around while making it fun for everyone to show up for work.
Now, I partner with founders, entrepreneurs, and people-first companies to do the same, bringing a mix of structure and soul, heart and strategy, connection and accountability to every conversation.
"I finally had the confidence to address a conflict, and it went well."
In a real-world win, a participant confronted a team member about unhelpful behavior during a task. This was a major leap in her ability to handle difficult conversations, a skill she had avoided in the past.
-Leidy, Office Manager
“I had the clinical skills to start a business, but no idea how to lead people.”
This founder learned how to manage team dynamics, set clearer expectations, and lead with confidence. By focusing on real-time challenges and long-term leadership development, they strengthened their office culture and empowered their team to grow alongside the business.
-Erin Hewitt, Founder, Hjem Asthetics
“I’ve already seen a shift in our company culture.”
Working with Shelby, this leader gained clarity on management protocols, learned the why behind each strategy, and began implementing changes with confidence. Her practical support and mentorship helped create a more intentional and aligned team environment, and the impact was felt almost immediately.
-Sandra Kushnir, Founder, Meridian Counseling
